We have selected our girls very carefully. We had to decide early on in the process if we were to purchase jenny’s that would fit into the MMDA Stud book requirements or jenny’s that, we felt would produce quality foals. Of course we decided to purchase Beautiful, quality jenny’s that would help us with our aim of breeding future champions. Just because a donkey fits into the requirements of the MMDA stud book, does not mean it is a quality donkey!!!!

Our girls have been individually selected from America for being Show quality with, beautiful heads, Fantastic confirmation, correct bite, lovely temperament and not to mention the already proven Champion Donkeys in their Bloodlines.
The stallion is a vitally important part of the process but it takes two donkeys to make a beautiful foal. We are as proud of our girls as our stallion. That is why we will continue to show them to ensure we maintain quality within our breeding stock and aim to be the best.

Dizzy was our first donkey that we ever purchased and we would not change her for the world. She has such a gentle nature, is a very good mum and always takes our new little donkeys under her wing. Dizzy’s sire WH Bugle Boy is the producer of many National Champion’s throughout America and Europe. Dizzy is from the famous Capstone ranch in Texas, which has now stopped breeding, so we feel that we are very lucky to have her in our herd. She has a very pretty head coupled with great confirmation. We have no doubt that she will produce beautiful foals.

Patsy is the pickle of the bunch, she is the cheeky one that is always causing trouble. She is a joy to have in the herd as she is full of fun and mischief. Patsy has a very impressive four generation pedigree; her sire Country Music’s Garth Brooks has sired over 20 National and World Champions. When i saw the photo of Patsy i just had to have her in my herd. Patsy is stunning to look at, her photos just don’t do her justice. She has the prettiest head with such big eyes and her confirmation is spot on. Patsy only took part in two shows in 2007 but still came 9th in the MMDA championship. Watch out for Patsy Montana in the show ring!!!!!

It’s very hard to get a good photo of Kia as she is always eating, stuck to the side of Patsy or running towards you for a cuddle. She loves a cuddle and will not go out into the field until she has had one. Kia has the prettiest head with that beautiful eye appeal and I can’t fault her confirmation at all. Once again, this donkey’s pedigree speaks for itself. Her Grandsire is the Famous Country Music’s Garth Brooks, who has sired 20+ National and World Champions. Her Dam is one of her breeder’s best donkeys and the producer of NMDA National champions. Kia’s full brother was also an NMDA National Grand Champion, Thats just a few!!!!!!

Silk is everyone’s friend, she likes to be sensible with her stable mate Dizzy but then she will go mad with Patsy and Kia. Silk is a very friendly donkey, who loves a cuddle and comes straight up to you the moment you appear.
Silk is a very dark brown jenny with lots of bone, very wide bodied and great confirmation. Silk was shown briefly in America by her breeder Kathy Loudamy of K and K Ranch. Silk Came 4th out of 30 entries at the 2006 NMDA Nationals, which was her first time out. Silk also came 3rd in a large foal/yearling/jennet class at the 2006 Tennessee state fair. We are really excited about silk as a future brood jenny.

Lily Dale is so sweet; she is the youngest of our future brood Jenny’s. She is not just beautiful with a great disposition but also her confirmation is fantastic. She has a wide chest with very straight back legs and a great top line. Lily Dale has so many champion donkeys in her blood line. Her Sire is the World famous Country Music’s Garth Brooks..... Who has sired 20+ National and World champions. She is the full Sister to the Fantastic Champion Herd sire Country Music’s Neal McCoy, who resides at the Wolfheart Ranch in America. Neal McCoy is also the sire of our Kia. We have very high hopes for Lily Dale so, watch out for Lily Dale in the show ring.
