We have had a fantastic May with Custom and the girls doing very well at all the shows we have been to. We only have a few shows to attend over the next few months but will be busy with the arrival of our new bred jennett, who is in foal to a reserve champion jack of the NMDA World Show. Our new donkey is in islolation at the moment and her foal is due November. We are very excited to add another top bloodline to our already fanasic herd. Dizzy has had the most beautiful filly foal. We have named her Ansar Venture Blossom Hill. Blossom has the prettiest head and the most beautiful colourings. Take a look at our foals page for some photos.

 

4th May 2008
Custom Mades first ever show and he came first in the Yearling standard donkey class, then wins the miniature donkey class and also takes Reserve Champion donkey. We are just so over the moon at this fantastic start to his showing career. We new he was good but this just proves we were right.......We also had some girls with us who did very well as well.  Please see our Show results page for more details.

 

8th March 2008
Well, they have arrived!!! Oh My God they are beautiful, Both of them are just what we wanted. Lily has the darkest face with that famous Country Music eye appeal and LB is just the prettiest little thing ever. Both these girls have great legs and such loving personalities. Lily and LB are settling in really well. The flight has not seemed to have bothered them in any way. They are full of life and enjoying the English Grass. Take a look at the gallery and there is a photo of them have a mad five minutes.

 

2nd January 2008
We have been looking very hard to find the right sorrel foal to add to our herd and we are very excited to say that we have found one. The Elms Latin breeze will be joining Country Music’s Lily Dale on the long flight back to England in March............We can’t wait for the arrival of these two cuties.

 

20th December 2007

At Last Custom Made has made it to his new home. We are thrilled with him. He is better than we could ever have imagined. He has got the biggest most beautiful eyes and a solid, stocky little body with fantatic confirmation. We can’t wait until he is old enough to breed from.

 

1st November

Our future Herdsire is just about to go into isolation and will arrive in England mid December. We are very, very excited about his arrival.

 

28th October

Fantastic news!!! We have just purchased a beautiful jenny foal from the famous Country Music Ranch in Texas. Her name is Lilly Dale and will be flying over to start her new life with us next March when she is old enough to travel. Watch out for her in the Show ring!

 

14th October

Country Music’s' Patsy Montana II won Best Miniature Mare, Best Conditioned Miniature and Best Miniature Yearling. Wow!!! (Only her second show)

Silk Bandana also took 3rd place in Best Miniature Mare and we are very pleased to welcome Silk to our family.

Great News!!! we have bought the other imported jenny that flew in with Patsy and Kia. Her name is KKR Silk Bandana, I just fell in love with her when i went up to Ann's (Arranbrook Miniature donkeys) and have finally managed to convince Ann to sell her to me. Thanks Ann!!!

 

August 27th 07
We took Country Music's Patsy Montana II to the Edenbridge & Oxted show (just for the experience).
We were very pleased with her as this was her first show ever and also the first time she has been apart from her friend Kia. Patsy was the top placed miniature donkey in a class of one, two and three year old Jacks, geldings and jenny's.

At last! Patsy and Kia are on the last leg of their journey from South Carolina to Kent. We are really looking forward to showing these girls in 2008.

Fantastic news!!!! Our two imported American donkeys have landed safely in Prestwick airport. Ann French
of Arranbook miniature donkeys will be picking them up for me, as she also had a donkey that has arrived with Patsy and Kia. Ann will be taking them back to her lace so they can recover from the long flight.

Finally, It's time to pick Dizzy and Tia up, As you can imagine we are very excited about them coming
to live with us.

 

10th May 07
Dizzy has gven birth to a very beautiful light brown jenny foal, we have named her Tia-Maria. Can't wat to get them both home!!!!!

We purchased Capstone Dizzy from Barley High miniature donkeys. Dizzy is due to foal in may, so we have had to leave her there until Dizzy and her foal are well enough to travel to our home in Kent.
